What is the best and easiest way to remove eyeliner from eyelids and bottom of eyes?

Because whenever i wash it with water, it gets all irritated and blotchy!

Don't waste your money on make-up removers, just fold over some toilet paper or get a cotton ball and put it on top of a BABY OIL bottle, turn it upside down, flip it again and take it off. (Be sure to close your eyes) I use this for eyeliner and mascara (since thats pretty much all I use for my eyes) and it works great, seriously.What is the best and easiest way to remove eyeliner from eyelids and bottom of eyes?
put some eye make up remover on a q-tip
use maybelline exspert eyes its in a little to go bag and there pads so it easy to do
Use nutragena eye make up remover
Makeup remover. I use Avon eye makeup remover.
Cotton wool pad/Loreal eye make up remover - not greasy or oily, great for sensitive skin
Eye makeup remover. You should be able to get it from your local drugstore. Take off the eye makeup before you wash the rest of your face.
Lotion will work really good to, ya know if you dont have the money to wast eon removers..
Get a remove make up pad and remove the eyeliner from your eye
Try wet the q-tips by water .. don't use chemical makeup eye remover inside ur eyes.

Okay so I use to use eye makeup remover but then one of my friend told me that lotion works just the same and its cheeper! Here is what you do- Put just a dab on a q-tip and rub it over the eyeliner you cna use you finger to rub it in too, just be careful not to put to much on and not to put it inside your eye!
