Hun, you are supposed to put it on the line on top of the lower lashes. I also put a small amount on the inside corner and smudge and add a little sparkle over top the white. The trick is to be subtle.How and where do you put white eyeliner to make your eyes look bigger and brighter?
I heard in Seventeen Magazine that you put in right where your tear ducts are and all the way to where your lashes start. That also makes you look awake and for darker skin use flat white liner, for paler skin use a sparkling white liner so it pops out more. Report Abuse

just below your lash line blend well though just above lashes works too but not both and never ever put eye liner inside eyes.light or dark it loks cheap!
you also can use white eyeliner on pimple's, apply round the red spot and blend in , it will make the pimple less noticeable.
You put it on the inside rim. On the ticklish part by the eyeball :)

I have always seen it worn on the top lid with black on the botton and black mascera
you should line your eyes with black or brown eyliner, and then put a little white liner in the inner corner of your eyes
