How do you keep your eyeliner from smudging under your eyes through the day?

The brand is Prestige, and it's a brown pencil. If you're going to recommend a different brand, I need one that can go on the smooth part under your eye. The little part that when you pull down underneath your eye, to put it on, it's right above your lashes. I put it there and it looks good, but not all the liners do that, so, please help, I feel like a raccoon!How do you keep your eyeliner from smudging under your eyes through the day?
Use MAC. Prestige tends to smudge. Also, use waterproof instead of regular. Also, use some powder or eyeshadow on the area before you apply the eyeliner.How do you keep your eyeliner from smudging under your eyes through the day?
best advice is mirror in the pocket and check every hour.. try using a powder foundation right up to the lashes so there is less moisture/ which makes it less likely to smudge...
I use a super cheap $1.00 eyeliner and I go over it with MAC Carbon or Black Tyed eyeshadow. You buy a super thin eyeliner brush and dab it in the shadow then trace over the eyeliner, not to much but it packs it down. good luck
Try appling the liner to your top eye lid instead of at the bottom. Liquid liners are best for this. Avon and Maybelline are good brands
MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencils are smudge-proof and water-proof.





Also, you can use MAC #266 brush to line the eyes using one of their highly pigmented eye shadows...doesn't smear at all and is very long lasting (This is what I use on a daily basis)

Hmmm not sure about the Dior one Brandy mentioned from a bad previous experience (no offence Brandy) but give it a shot, try it out from their counter then check it out 6 hours later. If you like what you see, then buy it.


I'd recommend Mac. Mine was so good, a friend nicked it off me... some friend!
