How do you put on Eyeliner without being told you have black eyes?

I mean, i put it all around my eyes, i like it and so do my friends, but people say i look like a Panda or i have been Punched!

Sounds like you are going a little overboard going all the way around, try not to do such a thick heavy line.





On the underlid start a little thicker on the outside and gradually fade it in to a thiner line towards the center, really you only need shadow on 2/3 of the lower lid.then be sure to blend/smudge the line in with your shadow. Allow the eyeliner to dry properly before fully opening your eyes so it doesn't smudge.





Make sure that your makeup is water resistance and dont rub at it

Also if you have lighter eye/skin use a lighter colour like a brown, rather then a heavy blue black.How do you put on Eyeliner without being told you have black eyes?
There is a primer you can get to put on first so it doesnt smear or run and it works good for eye shadow as well so you dont get creases in your eyelid. Try using a liquid eye liner.

if it rolls then get closer to the eye.


or you could also just put the eyeliner on the bottom lid.
Use liquid eyeliner so that it won't run. You can apply it very thin and it'll stay there all day (I use Almay and it stays put!)
