I've tried to apply my eyeliner without pulling my lids, and it just doesn't seem to work. The only way I can get it to apply properly is to pull them, and I'm scared that that will cause premature wrinkles. Does anyone know a good way to apply it without pulling my eye lids at all? Uhmm I don't think its as harmful as said, but it isn't exactly great for you.
When applying the eyeliner to the bottom, trying opening you eye very wide and looking down to get it on the bottom lid. Or you could use your eyeliner tip (the side you apply with) to pull it down. For your top lid, try applying it without closing your eye, or just holding down your eyelashes. Good luck :]
Try a kohl liner instead of an eyeliner. The kohl liner has a creamier consistency that won't tug on your skin and makes for a significantly smoother application of eyeliner without sacrificing the dark pigment. dont use eyeliner. use an eyeshadow brush, the angled kind and apply eyeshadow like an eyeliner. it is awesome and doesnt hurt!

apply it right above the eyelashes instead of below
it prevents lots of incidents and makes your eyes pop
