I think kohl liner looks beautiful, and slightly different than black eyeliner. What makes kohl liners different exactly? Is it true that kohl liners smudge more easily than regular eyeliner? They are made of different ingredients, they're made to smudge easily so you won't tug at your eye to mutch when trying to smudge like you do with regular eyeliners. Also they tend to have more nourishing ingredients. That's pretty much why people use them to get the smokey eye kind of look. Rimmel has a really good version of it.What is kohl eyeliner? It's made for your Waterline. It won't go away the the other Eyeliners. DON'T BUY RIMMEL LONDON SOFT KOHL EYELINER!!! I used it and b4 i was finished the whole entire tip came off! I was so pissed. It kept doing that. So I wouldn't recommend that one. Buy Pretisge Soft Kohl Eyeliner. I LOVE IT!! :DDDDD
KOHAL LINER IS MORE OILY THEN REGULER AND YES THEY DO SMUGE QUICKLY ...BUT THERE IS ONE I USE THE ONE FROM THE MIDDLE EAST AND THEY ARE GOOD THERE IS A ONE KIND IT DOENT SMUGE IT STAYS IN UR EYE LIKE ITS DRWN ...I LOVE IT ..BUT MOSTLEY THEY SMUGE ...YES IT BEUTIFUL.
kohl eyeliner, is for the waterline
it sticks very well and stays on
if u put other eyeliner's in ur waterline that arent kohl it won't stay
