u should buy a new one because liquid eyeliners last up to 6 months or so. because of all the chemicals it has and everything. GOOD LUCK!!!How long are you supposed to keep eyeliner?
All make up products have an amount of time on them that you should use them buy once they have been opened. Most eye liners and mascaras are 6 months. But check your bottle.
You should not use it as it is older than six months
