How do you keep liquid eyeliner from sticking to the top of your eyelid?

Whenever I use liquid liner, I end up having an unsightly dark line right under my brow bone. Should I put something on it, or is it just the drying time?How do you keep liquid eyeliner from sticking to the top of your eyelid?
You need to wait longer before you look up, it's not dryed enough.





If that's not it, you should buy a better quality liquid liner that won't stick to your eyelid. I always use annabelle liquid liner and i've never had that problem.

put some conceler on ur eye first either cream or powder....then apply your liner and wait a few seconds for it to dry even wave ur hand over the top of ur lid and it should be fine.
When you finish putting it on go lie down on your bed and close you eyes for 5 mins and then it will be dry
You have to let it dry try sitting in front of the fan or ask someone to blow on it for you
let it dry a little longer, or maybe just get a better liquid eyeliner that stays on good
