How do you put on an eyeliner without making your eyes water and tremble?

My eyes are very sensitive.

i recommend putting on eyeshadow before eyeliner ... pick a color that suits you that looks natural (like light brown or something) For the eyeliner: use your index finger to gently pull down on your lower eyelid a little bit so your eyelid isnt touching your eye... lightly apply the eyeliner on the outer rim of your eyelid (not the inside or inner rim) this is called putting it on your lash line... run your finger under your lid to remove any extra eyeliner... remember less is more when it comes to makeup... if you want eyeliner on your upper lid for a full rimmed look put your finger on the outer corner of your eye and pull your eyelids outward gently... then put eyeliner on lightly from the inner corner of your eye to where your eyelashes start (stop there) remove smudges and apply a little mascara (not too much or it will start to clump) try to pick a mascara color that also looks natural and compliments your face... dont use a black or coal color if you have brown lashes... hope this helps :)
Put it on your lashline, not water line. If it's on your lashline it won't touch your eyes so it can't irritate them. Also, use a good brand of eyeliner so that you know it's made well.
If your eleven i wouldnt reccomend wearing makeup unless you have an older look. I just find that younger people that look young tend to look bad with eyeliner and other makeup. unless its natural. But I would also say put it on the lashline
