I'm currently using a Sephora pencil eyeliner, and the pink and green Maybelline mascara. What kinds of mascara and eyeliner work the best and doesn't smear?What is the best mascara and eyeliner?
Liquid liner works well ,if you find one that is water proof its indestructible As for mascara it depends on what exactly you are looking for? Are you looking to lengthen , add volume or are you looking for something that will be separated nicely and not clump in the lashes .... I find that the lash exact works well for length and good separation ... as for volume you may want to try another brand that is specific to that need... hope I helped a little :) Good luck.
