kajal is a colored powder used in arab countries-i don麓t know where else,as a powder-applied with a wand that closes a very nice little bottle-think I dream of Jenny,type bottle-.Maha my arab friend gave me hers.it was a beautiful metal bottle.sort of like applying liquid eye liner....

They are the same. You can use it as an eyeliner or you can use it inside your lower eyelid. My favorite is Lancome's Le Crayon Kh么l Kajal Smoky Eyeliner.It really makes sexy smoky eyes.
