How do you apply eyeliner underneath your bottom lashes?

Because I have tried drawing underneath but it always looks messy, and I have tried drawing over the actual bottom lashes so that it goes under, but it still looks messy!How do you apply eyeliner underneath your bottom lashes?
go like two cm below your bottom eyelid %26amp; pull it down


now the bottom part should be sticking out


draw over that.

be sure you eyelining pencil is sharp
