How do you put your eyeliner on without bothering the eyelash to get untidy and glue to each other?

that's the prob I have, ppl say I should put the eyeliner first? then awhile you drawing eyeliner it so impossible that you won't draw it into the eyelash's too? and that make your eyelashes get wet from eyeliner and each lash glue to each other. how can I solve this problem?How do you put your eyeliner on without bothering the eyelash to get untidy and glue to each other?

Don't you first use a eye lash curler first so your eyelashes don't get wet from the eye liner?

youre definitely supposed to put your eyeliner on first, then curl ur lashes and put on mascara. if you still have a problem of lashes sticking together use a clean mascara wand/brush to seperate them while ur mascara is still wet
i use black eye shadow as eyeliner. it goes on easier and is easier to fix if you make a mistake.
